Say "I Can!"
When you want doubt and fear to disappear, say the words, "I can do it! " or " I can handle it! " at least five times. Increase the volume of your voice each time you say the words.
Raise your arms in mid-air, smile, and say "Yes!"
Your power is reinforced by the height of your arm movement and the broadness of your smile.
Self-confidence grows each time a challenge is met and inner fears are overcome.
